Debra McKee

McKee, Debra, age 72, of Middletown, passed away February 15, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born September 24, 1945 in Middletown, OH to William and Ruth (Cowgill) Tuggle. She was a cosmetologist and a cosmetology instructor teaching from 1994-2010. Debra was a member of Tender Mercies Ministries. Debra is survived by her brothers, Dale (Jeanette) Tuggle, Doug (Juanita Armijo) Tuggle; “daughters”, Serena Staton and Beth Rayburt; close friend, Nina Tibbs; special niece, Debra McKee; aunts, Betty Pennington, Katherine Holton and numerous friends, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Lee McKee and a niece, Amy Tuggle Howieson. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Hayes officiating. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Gardens.
