Dennis E. Blair

Blair, Dennis E., 66 of Middletown passed away on Tuesday, June 13th at the VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on April 21, 1951 in Hazard, Kentucky to Earl & Margaret (Slyger) Blair. Dennis served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his mother, Margaret “Gert” Blair; his brothers, Greg (Rita) & Tim Blair; his sisters, Pamela (John) Farkas and Rhonda (Glen) Richie and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be on Monday, June 19th from 5-8:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005 with a Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, June 20th at 1:00 pm also at the funeral home with Revs. Max Fernandez and Jim Winters officiating.
