Hallie Banks

Banks, Hallie, age 81, of Trenton, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born January 17, 1936 in Lick Branch, KY to Francis Marion and Armina (Turner) Deaton. She was a cafeteria worker for Madison Schools for 19 years, retiring in 1988. Hallie was a member of Spring Hill Church of Christ. Hallie is survived by her husband of 67 years, Harlan Banks Jr.; sons, Harlan Francis (Gail) Banks, Mark Banks both of Trenton; grandchildren, Erin (Adam) Condo of Fairfield, Stacy Banks of Middletown, Kaitlyn Francis Banks of Lebanon; twin sister, Shannie Ruth Curtis of VA; brothers, Walter Deaton of Middletown, John Ervin (Lizzie) Deaton, Charles Edward Deaton both of Jackson, KY and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Hobert Deaton; sisters, Helen Strong, Mary Ellen Curtis and Rebecca Trimble. Visitation will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Spring Hill Church of Christ. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10:00 am at the church with Minister Steve Elkins and Pastor Brian Deaton officiating.
