Jerran Edward Adkins

Jerran Edward Adkins, 43 years, passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017 while riding his motorcycle with his wife, one of his favorite hobbies. Jerran was a beloved son, husband, brother, father, step-father, and nephew. He is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Adkins, mother Vikki Adkins, father Harold Adkins, sister Brandy Barrett, children Haven Cheyenne, and Jerran Evan, step-children Michala and Trever, and many loving aunts, uncles, and friends.Jerran loved exploring nature be it on his bike, in a Jeep, or on a hike; beaches, oceans and mountains were his favorites. He also enjoyed looking for treasure at antique shops and flea markets, and he had a fondness for good food. But, most of all, he loved spending time with his friends and family, including his church family at Stratford Heights Church of God. He was devoted to his church and to God. He will take his great laugh with him to eternity.Jerran worked in Manufacturing Engineering for 24 years and recently launched a family business Adonai Technologies. He was a 1992 graduate of Middletown High School. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Stratford Heights Church of God, 4419 Nelson Rd. Middletown, OH 45042, by Pastor Ray Phillips at 12:00pm on Monday, August 21, 2017. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 20, 2017 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Church.
