Norma Jean Heizer

Heizer, Norma Jean, age 67, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born February 13, 1950 in Hazard, KY. She retired in 2004. Norma was a member of Community Haven Church. She is survived by her husband, Garnett “Rex” Heizer; daughters, Lisa ( Steve) Wood, Kim (Harvey) Bowling, Alexa (Bryan) Cantrell all of Middletown; grandchildren, Dakota, Brandon, Dylan, Kenzie, Dalton; special brother, Harold “Bug” Hall; brothers, Sonny, David; sisters, Dorothy, Patty, Jackie; special sister-in-law, Helen Gross; numerous brother and sister-in-law’s and nieces and nephews that loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie (Combs) Hall; first husband, Alex “AJ” Herald; one brother and two sisters. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 11:00-2:00 pm at Community Haven Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 pm at the church with Pastor Jerry Back officiating.
