Otis Baker Jr

Baker Jr., Otis, 72 of Middletown passed away on Monday, October 16th at Hospice of Butler & Warren Co. He was born on November 20, 1944 in Hazard, KY to Otis & Bertha (Hamilton) Baker Sr. Otis retired after 42 years of service in 2012 as a owner / operator. He attended the Watermark Church in Monroe and was a member of the Middletown Moose # 501. He is survived by his sons, Jason (Aimee) and Nick (Melissa) Baker; his granddaughter, Jackie Baker; three brothers, Eugene (Lowell), Orie, and Kenneth Baker and his sisters, Ann (Bob) Baber and Leona (Doug) Combs. Otis was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Karl Baker and a sister, Grace Baker. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 21st from 10:00 am – Noon at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, OH 45005 with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at Noon with Pastor Ron German officiating.
