Peggy Tine Campbell

Campbell, Peggy Tine (Howard), age 83, of Middletown passed away Saturday, July 23, 2017 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born January 21, 1934 in Hazel Green, KY to Elmer and Christine (McLin) Howard. She was a homemaker. Peggy was a member of First Christian Church. Peggy is survived by her husband of 64 years, Paul Campbell; children, Paula (Rob) Saylor of Tazewell, TN, Pamela (Mark) Small of Downingtown, PA, Patsy (Rick) Gividen of New Whiteland, IN, Pennie Fisher of Monroe; grandchildren, Josh Kuth, Bryon Kuth, Emily Kirby, Nathan Small, Leslie Small (Kneupper), Jacob Gividen, Evan Fisher, Alex Fisher, Alexa Fisher; great- grandchildren, Caleb Kuth, Simon Kuth, Camille Kuth, Jonathan Kirby, Kalyssa Kirby, Kassidy Kirby, Claudia Small, Vienna Small; and sibling, Gerald Howard; half-sister, Ina Flynn. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Danny Joe Howard. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 7:00-9:00 pm at First Christian Church, 4520 Rosedale Rd., Middletown, OH 45042. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 10:00 am at the church with Rev. Tracy Siegman officiating.
