Claudia Marie Proctor

Claudia Marie Proctor, 15, was born on November 19, 2002 passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 10, 2018 surrounded by loved ones. Claudia is loved and missed by so many family and friends, including her sister Lily Proctor, brother, Andrew Sexton, great Aunt Julia Sickles and so many more.  Claudia was an amazing young woman whose smile and laugh were contagious. She not only touched every person she came into contact with, but also every creature. Claudia loved all animals and insects and they were likewise drawn to her. She was continuously rescuing animals and loved them fearlessly.  Claudia was a member of the 4-H Bit of Luck Club Horse Program and recently competed in her first competition, the Franklin County 4-H Advisory Committee Youth Horse Show, with her pony, Turk, and won four ribbons. She was also a proud “mama” to her dog Gizmo, he was more like a child to her than a dog. Claudia was a freshman in high school at Hilliard Davidson and no doubt would have had an amazing journey in life as she was an amazingly unique and beautiful person. The world will never know what an impact she would have had. Even in her death Claudia was a giver and gave the gift of life by selflessly donating her organs for the benefit of so many others. Her legacy of giving and loving will live on through those she donated to.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Baker- Stevens- Parramore Funeral Home at 6850 Roosevelt Ave., Middletown, OH 45005 from 5 to 7 p.m. and the funeral service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to your local humane society or animal shelter in her name.
