David Dale Lacy

Lacy, David Dale, age 64, of Middletown, OH, passed away November 28, 2019 at Hospice of Butler & Warren Co. He was born September 22, 1955 in Cincinnati, OH to, Dale & Betty (Croswell) Lacy. He was an Eagle Scot and he participated in Junior Olympics. David was devoted to music and played in several bands and was also a D. J. He loved to travel and watch old Westerns. David is survived by his wife of 28 years, Anna Marie Lacy; 4 daughters, Shavonne Wilson and Gina Yolkley both of Springhill, TN, Toni Fox and Betsey Little both of Harrison, OH; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; special friend, Doug Wallace of Middletown, OH; nephew, Brad (Teri) Cresong of Middletown, OH; mother-in –law, Sue McIntosh, of Middletown, OH and several great nephews and one great niece. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in –law, Jimmy Cresong; sister-in-law, Merry Wardlow and father-in-law, James Cresong. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Interment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park with Rev.
