Gerald "Rick" Richard Burton

Burton, Gerald “Rick” Richard, age 69 of Middletown, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born April 12, 1951 to James Mitchell and Barbara Jean (Sandlin) Burton in Dayton, OH. He served our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War with an Honorable Discharge. Gerald is survived by his wife of 19 years Elizabeth (Boone) Burton; brother, James Douglas Burton; daughter, Shirley Pitt, and granddaughter, Keltie Pitt. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Mark Timothy Burton, Daniel Lee Burton, and sister, Rebecca Elizabeth Pitts. A Visitation will be held Friday, May 29, 2020 from 11:00AM-1:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave. Middletown, OH 45005. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Jerry Minor officiating. Interment will be at Grace Memorial Gardens.
