Henry O. McIntosh

McIntosh, Henry O., age 84, of Middletown, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Hawthorne Glen Nursing Home. He was born May 18, 1933 in Kraygon, KY to Aurie McIntosh. He served our country in the Army during the Korean War. He was a lineman and surveyor for Cincinnati Gas and Electric for 36 years retiring in 1996.Henry is survived by his children, Thomas (Melissa) McIntosh and Sarah (Dennis) Heath; grandchildren, Calvin McIntosh, Melinda McIntosh, Devin Heath and Darah Heath. He is preceded in death by his mother, Aurie McIntosh and wife, Wanda McIntosh. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 11:00-1:00 at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Avenue, Middletown, OH 45042. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
