James A. "JJ" Jackson

Jackson, James A. “JJ”, 82 of Middletown passed away on Friday, October 19th at Garden Manor Extended Care Center. He was born on February 11, 1936 in Hall, WV to Russell & Mabel Jackson. James worked at Armco Steel Co. as a welder for 42 years. He attended the Stratford Heights Church of God. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Naomi; his sister, Louise Armstrong and step-sister, June Dunn. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Karen Ann Jackson Perkins; brothers, Russell Wade “Bad Eye” Jackson and Darrell Alonzo Jackson and sister, Lottie Ione Conley. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 23rd from 5-7:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home 6850 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, 45005 with Funeral Services also there on Wednesday, October 24th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ray Phillips officiating.
