Judith B. Leach

Leach, Judith Bell, age 73, of Middletown, passed away Friday, March 20, 2020 at Springhill Nursing Home. She was born August 29, 1946 to Roy and Betty (Felty) Waggoner. She was a receptionist for Cincinnati Gas and Electric. Judith is survived by her son, Brad (Emily) Leach; grandchildren, Hunter Leach, William Leach, Austin Leach, Cody Leach; sisters, Jackie Mullins, Jeanie (Eddie) Adams; brother, Bobby Waggoner, Hobie Waggoner, Roy Waggoner, Eddie Ray Waggoner.
