Shirley Griffith

Shirley Kay Griffith, 80, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Monday, November, 6th, 2023 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born November 22nd, 1942, in Middletown, Ohio, to James and Myrtle (Alsip) Ellis. Shirley worked at Dillman’s as a meat wrapper for many years. She was also a member of the Moose Lodge #501. She is survived by her loving husband John Griffith, son James (Samantha) Griffith, daughters, Brenda Miller (David Lehman), Lisa Griffith, grandchildren, Michael (Emily) Miller, Rachael Middleton, Chelsea Griffith (Nick), Brittany Griffith, Jared Miller, 11 great-grandchildren, brother, Wayne Ellis (Monica), sisters, Martha Exline, and Barbara Schaffer. Shirley is preceeded in death by her parents, brothers, Ronald Ellis, James Ellis, Warren Ellis, sisters, Mary Mantz, and Anna Thomas. A visitation will be held from 10 am to 10:30 am, on Saturday, November 11th, 2023, at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel, 1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, Ohio, 45044. A Funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 10:30 am.
