I am so sorry to hear of Eddie's passing. We were good friends from 7th through Senior Year in High School. We spent hours and hours on that basketball court behind the old Trenton High School, played together on Knothole baseball teams, were on the Junior High and High School Track teams, and even sat next to each other playing trumpet in seventh grade (Eddie was good - I was horrible). I don't think I have ever met anyone who loved sports as much as Eddie - the joy of playing, watching, collecting, and just talking about sports. In high school journalism he covered sports for the School newspaper and yearbooks. I remember listening to the 1970 World Series in school with Eddie as I think we were the only 2 in the school cheering for the Orioles to beat the Reds - we both had become Oriole's fans when Cincinnati traded Frank Robinson to Baltimore. I had not kept in touch with Eddie after going away to college and then moving to Maryland. However we did reconnect on Facebook in the last couple of years and enjoyed talking about old times. Eddie was a great friend and person. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. RIP my friend.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Ed at Sun Chemical. I only knew him for about a year and a half but in that time I grew very fond of him and considered him my friend. He was a wonderful man who would do anything to help you. I will miss him very much. My heart and prayers are with you.
